Sake Master
For more than 25 years, Master of Sake Stuart Morris has immersed himself in the craft, culture and traditions of Japanese sake. His pursuit has taken him throughout Japan, where he earned the prestigious Kikisake-Shi certification and became one of the few non-Japanese sake makers brewing in the country today. Stuart brings that experience to Open Kimono Sake, creating authentic Japanese sake with a fresh, approachable perspective—rooted in tradition and made to be enjoyed today.

INGREDIENTS
- 2½ oz Vodka
- 1 oz Open Kimono Sake
- ⅓ oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 Cucumber
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add 2½ Vodka, 1 oz Sake, and ⅓ oz Dry Vermouth.
- Stir well until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice.
